Our Drivers

All of our driver teams carry a full license with a passenger endorsement 'P license' & are fully insured to drive any vehicle valued up to $100,000

All of our drivers are aged over 30, they are trialed and vetted before being employed. We are a professional team with some drivers having provided over 10 years service for our company.

All drivers are trained to drive a large range of vehicles from everyday models to commercial vehicles and high end performance or prestige models safely, smoothly & within the road rules of NZ. They all have a professional dress code and carry fantastic personalities. Just as you'd expect from your high end Corporate Taxi or Limousine Service.

Our insurance policy

Allowing anybody to drive your own vehicle including our experienced drivers still carries some risk so it is advisable your own insurance policy provides cover for our drivers.

Our own vehicle insurance policy is enacted in emergency situations where our drivers have caused or are at fault during an accident where your own insurance will not provide cover. We also have public liability insurance.

If our drivers are found to be at fault of an accident they are personally liable for any excess. This puts pressure on them to take the upmost care possible ensuring they get you and your vehicle to where you need to be comfortably and safely.

Service Expectations

Before booking our service please ensure your vehicle carries a valid WOF & registration as we are not liable for any fines arising from defects or non compliance of customers vehicles.

Our drivers have the right to refuse service should they feel intimidated or feel the passengers are too intoxicated to deal with safely.

They can also refuse service if your vehicle is not up to a safe or clean work environment. This may include rubbish inside the vehicle, damaged exterior or bad odours such as cigarette smoke.

Please do not smoke in your vehicle while our driver is operating it as this breaches health and safety workplace regulations.

Payments

We accept many payment methods. Cash, EFTPOS, Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Taxi Charge Card and Taxi Charge vouchers are accepted.

We can also provide account terms for customers who wish to charge back to their workplace or for regular users. We can also offer fixed or discounted rates for corporate & frequent users.

Written Tax Invoice receipts are available upon request at the completion of each job.

Emailed invoices are supplied to account customers.

Disclaimer

Payments received by cheque or credit card will be presented to our bank within 5 working days of the charge being rendered.  Credit Accounts are invoiced monthly. If for any reason these payments are not received, we will contact you by telephone and take all reasonable steps to arrange alternate payment.  Should payment be withheld without acceptable reason, we will undertake collection of any monies outstanding.

Any costs incurred by Auckland Corporate Dial A Driver Services will be the responsibility of the customer as per Sections 22 & 44 of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (2003)
